A regular meeting of the Grand River Unit of the National Association of Parliamentarians was held on Monday, April 21, 2008 at 7:00 PM in room 1058 of the Mathematics and Computer building at the University of Waterloo, the president being in the chair and the secretary was present. The minutes of the last meeting were approved.
The president delivered his report.
The secretary/treasurer delivered his report.
Bill Allan moved to "refer the financial statements to a committee to be dissected and audited." The motion was adopted.
The president appointed Bill Allan (chair) and Dan Lynch (ex officio) to the committee.
An educational program followed the business meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 8:14 p.m.
