The second annual meeting of the Grand River Unit of the National Association of Parliamentarians was held on Monday, March 24, 2008 at 7:00 PM in the boardroom of the Division 3 Waterloo Regional Police building, the president being in the chair and the secretary was present. The minutes of the last two meetings were approved.
The president delivered his report.
The secretary/treasurer delivered his report.
The president delivered the report of the officers.
The election of the president was held, with the tellers' report as follows:
