A regular meeting of the Grand River Unit of the National Association of Parliamentarians was held on Monday, January 28, 2008 at 7:00 PM in room 1058 of the Mathematics and Computer building at the University of Waterloo, the president being in the chair and the secretary was present. The minutes of the the last meeting was approved without corrections.

The secretary/treasurer delivered his report.
An educational program followed the business meeting.
