A regular meeting of the Grand River Unit of the National Association of Parliamentarians was held on Monday, December 17, 2007 at 7:00 PM in room 1058 of the Mathematics and Computer building at the University of Waterloo, the president being in the chair and the secretary was present. The minutes from the past two regular meetings were approved without correction.

The secretary/treasurer delivered his report.
An educational program followed the business meeting.
The unit welcomed Diane Allan as a new member.
