A regular meeting of the Grand River Unit of the National Association of Parliamentarians was held on Monday, August 27, 2007 at 7:00 PM in room 1058 of the Mathematics and Computer building at the University of Waterloo, the president being in the chair and the secretary was present. The minutes from the past two regular meetings were approved with corrections.
The president delivered his report.
Jason Gorrie moved "to allocate up to fifteen dollars for the purchase of a card for J. Hedrich." The motion was adopted.
The secretary/treasurer delivered his report.
An educational program followed the business meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
